Universal Gateway links a customer's open order platform to our entire database, creating an interface to any platform using an industry standard information protocol. Just send us your order number and property identifier and we will transmit the results of our search or notify you by e-mail that the results are ready for retrieval. You control the desktop and the workflow; we provide the content.
- Open orders on tax, title and general index from proprietary oredering systems
- Transmit tax parcel identifier, property address or legal description and receive search results by email, File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or Hypertext Protocol (HTTP)
- Error notification on invalid search requests or multiple record matches
- Customer order number and comments field for tracking requests
